Tribute To ABBA

Now this is an excellent idea, make a tribute to the legendary ABBA. I guess you all know ABBA ? otherwise there's little or nothing I can do for you anyway. I personally alwayed liked their songs and I was a fan when I was younger, quite younger. So basically you'll find many of their classics covered by bands like : Therion, Metalium, Sinergy, Rough Silk, Custard and many other Power Metal bands (mainly). Amongst my favorite tracks, the Therion version of Summer Night City is very original, but could it be any different with Therion ? The Sinergy cover of Gimme ! Gimme ! Gimme ! rocks and the very heavy version of S.O.S of Paradox is interesting as well. Rough Silk brilliantly took care of Take A Chance With Me and Sargant Fury (a band I don't know by the way) made an excellent Eagle cover. Nation nicely took care of one of the biggest ABBA classics Waterloo. The new power metal sensation Custard also made a very cool Souper Trouper version. My only deception would be the Metalium cover of Thank You For Music. So here it is, yet another cool tribute. If you like ABBA and you'd like to listen to a metal version of these old tunes, I guess you now know what to do.
