We have received some interesting promos from Diamonds Records and I must admit this is the best one. Nme Within plays a kind of heavy neo-metal, with thrashy melodies. Voices are always clear (with some brutality here and there, typical to that metal style). On Retaliation (first song), lots of voice effects have been added to the chorus and I really like that. Second track, Utopian Konnektion, is very catchy and confirms those guys have the necessary talent to create good songs. They are playing with passion and this creates a "raging" atmosphere. The arrangements are good and the songs are well structured. I have to give credits to the excellent work on the guitar concerning both the riffs and the melodies. Nothing new here, but well done. If you are into high energy metal with neo-metal influences and appreciate heavy stuff, check out this one.
