Killing songs: Senseless, Blackout, Desert Trip, Forced, Memories
After 10 seconds there is no doubt of what is going to come : Power
Metal straight in your face. I am surprised of the quality of this one.
I am not a big fan of their previous work (Perfect / Infect) and .......
this one has nothing to do with what has been done before by the band.
Surfing on this power, true, melodic wave ? 100% sure ! But the main
different with other bands, song-writing is present on this wonderful
'Beyond Recall'.
It's a concept album : a men who has killed two persons will pass all
the law "stages" before being executed.
One of the best concept album I have heard (both musically & lyrically)
since Queensrÿche-Operation Mindcrime. If you don't explode
on Senseless, Forced, Hour Of Death & The Trial
riffs, don't tell us you have a metal heart. I am also amazed by the
quality and the diversity of Warhead's music (songs) along this CD including
fast, mid-tempo and 'quiet' songs. No cut / copy , no boring moments
and the story of a man who has done a big, a very big mistake and has
to pay for it. Buy or DIE !!! I'll finish this review with Warhead's
message :
There is no way to excuse a murder nor a chance for compensation.
Beware of what you do. You are responsible !
