A Tribute To Metallica : Metallic Assault

Joey Belladonna, Dave Lombardo, Bruce Kulick, Eric Singer, Jake E. Lee, Lemmy Kilmister, Al Pitrelli ..... This tribute features members & ex members of Megadeth, Anthrax, Kiss, Wasp, Motorhead, Fear Factory and many many many more. Ok, but the music we are talking here is the one of Metallica. This music has been mostly written by two genius guys : Hetfield & Ulrich. Set list, tribute song, I don't know how to call it, is good: from Battery, Sad But True, Enter Sandman, Nothing Else Matters, Seek And Destroy, From Whom The Bells Tools, Sanitarium ... A lot of good songs are missing on this tribute, but each Metallica has is personal "best of" songs, so ... Now you know all about this tribute ... almost all, so if I can give you one advice is to buy the original one as this tribute didn't impressed me at all. Of course, Metallica fans who wants everything about their favorite one will jump on it. I suggest them to listen to it before buying blindly ... an avoidable record. The above mentioned artist are all talented musicians, but like AC/DC, Metallica is UNTRIBUTABLE !!!
