Programmers wanted!

We are currently looking to add some programming personnel to our staff to aide in the upgrade and expansion of the site. Here is what we are looking for: -Must be highly motivated and willing to spend a minimum of 15-20 hours per week on this project. -Must be very skilled with PHP and mySQL -Must have the ability to create new coding on top of existing code (modules), and whenever possible optimize old code. However, we do not want to start from scratch every time a new idea is conceived. -Prior experience working on website development is a plus. -Must have the ability to work on a large scope project, either solo or as part of a team.
